Robb, Norma, and team are the best! The most knowledgeable agents in the Boston market. They were creative and focused throughout the process and got our place sold. Robb was referred to my by a savannah realtor that helped me but and sell several savannah properties. because of the referral we were able to get to a market evaluation which was $75,000 more than a previous realtor. Robb was completely aware of the market the selling prices and the type of customer that would work for us. he and his team is friendly and top rate. we listed it and within days got an offer that was close to the asking price. Robb was helpful through out the entries process recommending an excelent attorney that worked with the buyer’s attorney. robb made sure all the details around the closing were completed, and was helpful making all the requirements of the sale seemless.

Robb went above and beyond to help me sell my brother’s house. My brother had unexpectedly passed away and I lived in FL. Robb was always willing to step in and find the resources I needed to clean out his house. He marketed the house well and we sold above asking within 3 days of listing. Robb was very responsive to my questions and I felt he always had my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Robb and team for their expertise, great communication and attention to details!
