Robert Cofer was amazing at helping us navigate the necessities of selling our parent's home, especially since it was an estate sale. He had wonderful resources for getting large furniture items donated, and hauling out the junk that could not be donated. Highly recommend using them as your real estate agent.

Rob was amazing to work with. Every time we had a question he already knew the answer, and when it came time to buying our home and we had questions on permits and property lines he went above and beyond and went down to city hall to get all of the documents we were asking for. Amazing service

Robert Cofer was amazing to work with! After almost a year of searching and interviewing for the right realtor, we definitely found the best. We looked at quite a few properties and he was always very responsive and helpful. Very knowledgeable. If I needed help with anything he was always there to answer. If I needed an inspection done or anybody he always had a recommendation and could schedule someone to come out immediately. While the home buying process itself isn't my favorite, Robert made it as easy and smooth as possible. In this crazy market we are in with multiple offer wars, he made it happen! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new home! Will definitely use him again and again! We found the best agent and gain a new friend.

I had the pleasure working with Robert Cofer to purchase my first home. From the start of the process, Robert was courteous, responsive, and understanding of all the questions I threw his way as a first time home buyer. Robert made the entire process easy! He educated me on the process before showing the first home, helped me find the right lender to ensure a quick close, to set up all inspections, and successfully negotiated seller credits. He was also very flexible with my unusual work schedule and travel plans as we navigated the process. I highly recommend Robert!

Robert Cofer is a top-notch real estate professional. He was always responsive and supportive throughout the process. We engaged with Robert for the sale of our primary residence and the purchase of our replacement home. He knows real estate processes, trends, was always responsive and worked extremely well with other real estate agents involved in the sale and purchase of our properties. At the end of the day we were very pleased with the price we got for the home we were selling as well as very pleased with Robert’s support and efforts to help us get into the exact neighborhood we wanted to move into. All in all we are very happy with our experience working with Robert Cofer and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a premiere real estate agent to work with.
