Rick was so kind and over the top helpful the whole time. He was considerate, quick to respond, and definitely made sure i was taken care of the entire process. I highly recommend Rick to anyone who is interested in buying a home. I was a first time home buyer and he made the process much easier and worked with me the entire way.

Rick Shaffer and his team recently helped us to sell two homes, my mother's and another property we owned. In the past, he also helped us to purchase two homes. His experience and knowledge were a huge plus in helping us to make decisions regarding both sales and purchases. And he was always able to answer any questions we had. He and his staff are genuinely personable and looking to help with your needs. My wife and I would be happy to recommend him. First off let me just say Mr. Shaffer is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this for a while and you can tell by the way he knows the process of selling a house inside out. He made us feel very comfortable and was very honest also he sold our house in less then a week which is amazing especially for people have never sold a home before and was a little uncomfortable with people constantly coming in going, But to our surprise we only had 2 people visit before a offer was made Which was phenomenal. The whole process was good and we are very thankful for him helping us out. When we buy another home you better believe he will be the first person we go too. Thank you Mr. Shaffer!!

Working with Rick was absolutely wonderful! He helped my fiancé and I buy our dream home and he stuck with us through some rough properties to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable helping us understand the home buying process as first time buyers and what to look for in different properties to make sure it was a safe and a sound investment for us. Not only did he get us through the buying process with ease he got us linked up with everything else we needed mortgage, home insurance, inspection, appraisal, utility contacts and repairman. I would highly recommend Rick to seasoned and first time home buyers!
