We worked with Kelly for over a year wile we explored our options. We started out looking for lots in order to build our dream house and Kelly thoroughly researched each property, keeping us informed of pros and cons of each one. When we decided to look instead for a home; she pivoted seamlessly and began researching homes that fit our needs and budget. She kept us informed of properties as they came available and was very patient with us as we shifted from one plan to the next. Her attention to details as well as her positive attitude made it easy for us to make critical decisions and to move forward when we found the right place. Kelly was attentive throughout the entire process and provided us with detailed information every step of the way. Kelly was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in properties in the area.

Kelly was great. She told us in clear detail what we needed to do every step of the way, and really went the extra step to help us cover all our bases when buying our first home. She was tentative, communicative, and was always just a phone call away. 11/10 Recommend.

When we were house hunting, Rick spent an entire day with us looking at more than a dozen homes. His deep knowledge of Bellingham real estate was extremely helpful in our search and his prior experience as a home builder was invaluable. He steered us clear of houses and neighborhoods that we now know, after living in Bellingham for a few years, we would not have been happy in. We’re very happy with the house we bought and Rick’s knowledge and negotiation skills throughout the whole home-buying process helped make it a much less stressful (and expensive!) experience.
