The Brenkus team was VERY responsive "out of the gate"........ from introduction all the way to closing! They are very consistent in terms of positioning your property to have the best options of getting a deal that is acceptable to both the seller and the buyer. Two buyers backed out (for personal reasons) but the third time was a charm thanks to the Brenkus team!
