My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephen to purchase a home in florida. shay was the best to work with. she was so patient showing us many properties. she was so on top of everything and really helped us out a lot when we had to fly home to maryland for a death in our family and it was the day of our settlement so she filled in for us and did the walk through the property the day before settlement and represented us at the settlement which was amazing. could not have met a better real estate agent and a wonderful person! so willing to help!

Deborah was amazing! I’m an investor and just used her as a buyer for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pool in Port Saint Lucie. She was knowledgeable, fast to respond, great negotiator. And even referred me vendors to fix up property and was patient.

Shay was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the area. Very communicative, and helped me negotiate down the price of the home I was buying. She was present for the home inspection, appraisal, and final walk through since I was at work in a different state. Always kept me updated during the entire process.
