Dick listed our summer home last year. For some personal reasons, we took it off the market a couple months later. He reached out to us this year to re-list the house. He is thorough and detailed oriented. He understands we don't live in the house much. He keeps up updated, but not overdone with every details. The house was sold 5K under the asking price, everything went smoothly even during the pandemic! Selling a house could be very stressful especially when you don't live in it full time. I highly recommend Dick in any real estate transaction, he keeps us at peace.

Dick helped us find a house on the Cape 13 years ago and when it was time to sell and find another house we called Dick again! He is great to work with. He does everything he can to ensure that the process goes smoothly for everyone involved. We can't say enough good things about working with Dick. We highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home on the Cape or to sell one they already have!

Bought our house 30 years ago and use Dick as our agent. He was and still is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever been in contact with. When we wanted to sell our home on the Cape the only agent we considered using was DicK. He is the most accommodating, friendly, and honest agent I have ever had the pleasure meeting and doing business with. If and when we buy on the Cape again I will be using DICK Martin again.

Dick was wonderful to work with, sold our house quickly at the price we wanted. From sale to closing he was always there and helped us navigate a long distance sale. He and his team were very professional and a great resource to us during the entire process. When we decided to purchase a new home in the area we turned to Dick who helped find the perfect home for our family. Dick is a great negotiator with a wealth of knowledge and was always available to answer any questions we had.

Dick's laid back persona is a definite plus in the marketplace in which he reigns. Zillow randomly placed us with him when we were blindly looking to purchase a second home. We couldn't have been happier with the placement. He works all hours of the day for his clients and always makes himself available to answer questions. We knew he was the guy for us when we first met him. In one day of searching, he showed us 14 homes and, with his knowledge of the marketplace, was able to provide guidance as any great buyer-broker would.
