This agent has been the BEST. As soon as I told her I was ready, she did her thing. The process went very smoothly. I'm so blessed to have had her help me, her professionalism is unmistakable, she's going to go the distance to get you what you want, not just need. She explained everything from start to finish. At this point all I can say is, she was Heaven Sent. Thanks Rhonda for everything. I absolutely love my home...and learned a lot in the process. Life is good:)

Rhonda Liddell-Davis took the stress out of finding a home. She held my hand and walked me through the process. She is honest and acted as a true advocate for me. She was fast to respond to my needs and schedule . I would recommend her to family and friends.

From the first time Ms. Rhonda and I talked on the phone, I knew I was in great hands. She promptly texted me the Keller-Willams app for me and my husband to put onour phones and explained how we could use it to find houses in the areas where we wanted to live. That same night, she gave me the name of someone that could help us with getting approved for our new home. May I add, this was on a Sunday night after 7 p.m. The week before Valentines Day, my husband and I had decided to celebrate early while going house hunting. We immediately used our house hunting app and drove around for about an hour or two before going to dinner. At our last stop, we noticed a house that was not on our list. It was it! We contacted Rhonda the next day and she made arrangements for us to view the house the Thursday before Valentines Day. We put in an offer that same night, even though Rhonda was on her way out of town. She was so dedicated to making the deal come to life. She made sure she stayed in contact with my husband and I almost on a daily basis as the days lead to us moving in. She was there before and during our final walk-through, and questioned anything that did not meet her expectations. We signed our final papers the week of Good Friday and moved that Thursday. It was truly the best experience I have ever had. She still calls to make sure everything is going well with our new home, and is eager to help us sell our old home. She is AMAZING! I can't wait to pass her name on to my friends when they are in need of a new home.

My husband and I would recommend Rhonda to anyone! Rhonda has went above and beyond to make sure our home buying experience was as smooth and as painless as possible. Even though the sale is over and we are living in our new home Rhonda is still check in!

I was looking to buy a condo after I'd been renting an apartment. Rhonda helped me find one that fit what I was looking for. She explained the home buying process as I am a first time home buyer. After a few bumps along the way, Rhonda helped my home buying experience go smoothly and even was able to get me some money back at closing.
