I started working with Rebecca to sell my home right before the Covid-19 outbreak in March of 2020. Even when things came to a halt for several months due to the pandemic restrictions, Rebecca was continuously diligent to keep me in the real estate loop in order to ensure a smooth listing and sale once the restrictions lifted. Once restrictions were lifted Rebecca was professionally assertive in order to get my home on the market as fast as possible. Less than 24 hours after being on the market, four offers came in and the offer that was accepted was WELL over asking price. I attribute this success to Rebecca. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but she is also personal. She was honest when I needed her to be and reliable every step of the way. From the listing she created to the final details of the sale, her willingness to sell my home was not just for personal gain. She truly had a desire to see my home sell for what it was truly worth!

Rebecca went out of her way to help us find and buy our first home. She is the best of the best. She went through the entire process with us step by step and was always there no matter the day or time to answer any questions or concerns we had. She thoroughly checked every house we looked at and pointed out any problems and she knew exactly what to look for. She showed us multiple houses and reasured us that the perfect house would come along. She’s honest, very knowledgeable, and really looks out for your best interest. She got us into a wonderful home in the neighborhood/school district we wanted. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants a great and smooth experience whether it’s buying or selling a home. As a first time home buyer it was refreshing to have to someone who is patient, understanding, and intelligent when it comes to her work.

Rebecca helped us purchase our first house. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable about what to look for when looking at houses. She must have shown us 15+ houses and the last one we fell in love with! She negotiated the price down almost $15,000! We got our first home at great price thanks to her! I highly recommend her for and purchase of a house!

She is fabulous!! She helped us find the perfect home and we were looking for something with a completely privatte space for my Mom to live with us. Those kind of homes are VERY HARD TO FIND but Becky did it!! She also sold our house in 4 days, FOUR DAYS!!!! I don't know what we would have done without her. Her knowledge and expertise far superseeds most relators because she has a background in investing in and flipping homes. She saw things and kenw things about the homes we looked at that no one else would have caught. She also helped us make contact with some wonderful contractors, roofers etc which helped us to save a lot of money! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! You NEED this relator to help you through this process. She is amazing and very patient, which I needed!! Thank you Becky!! P.S. She also helped save us when the buyers relator was not so "swift". She negotiated like a champ for us! Wouldn't let the other relator give us any nonesense!
