I could not have chosen a better agent. Ray and his team went above and beyond anyone I have dealt with in the past. There was no problem that couldn’t be resolved or item that couldn’t be fixed. I have known Ray for many years. He has been both a family friend and someone who we have been able to go to for information on the local real estate market. Most recently he helped me to sell my parents house in La Habra Heights. His aggressive marketing strategies lead to the house selling for significantly over what our highest estimate of value was. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

When we decided to sell our rental home we knew it needed some work to put it in shape for sale. We asked Ray and another realtor to come to the house to review it in "as is" condition and give us their thoughts on what they would recommend us doing that would return the biggest bang for the bucks spent. They shared their ideas and listened to ours. They also gave us their perspective on what price to list the house if we did nothing to it. We took a year to get the work done we thought was right and we contacted Ray as one of the realtors we chose to talk to about selling the house. He was very knowledgable of the area which was most important to us. He knew the market and what homes were selling for and what buyers wanted and were willing to pay. After meeting with four realtors, we chose Ray, not because his listing price was the highest which it was, but because of his extensive knowledge of the area the house was in and his track record for selling homes in the La Hara area in general and specifically the area above Whittier Blvd. The listing hit on a Wednesday, had an open house the following weekend and had seven offers for the house and all were above asking price. A few days later the house sold for $85,000 over asking. In fact from the initial meeting for an "as is" home and the time we sold, the price that Ray felt we could expect increased over $250,000. Other realtors could have sold the house, but they did not have the local knowledge Ray had which enabled Ray to get us top dollar for the house. We would recommend Ray highly to sell anyone's home. We hope you have as good fortune as we did and we think you will if you use Ray Fernandez and his team.
