Jeff Timmons really is, "The Peoples Realtor." Him being a resident of Perry Hall himself, really helped out when it came to finding our home. He made the whole crazy experience of finding our first home way less stressful and he really fought tooth and nail for the homes we were interested in. He knew his way around the area and got us into check out homes with ease. I feel like he had no issues answering all of our questions and the one thing he had to double check on, he did and got right back to us with a response. With the million things there are to do when moving, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. His professionalism and people skills made him very easy to talk to... Just like calling a friend who has the knowhow you need. If we ever move again, he will definitely be our guy. Thanks again Jeff!

You want excellence in the process of buying and searching for a new home? Lisa is the person you want! My sister has recently worked with Lisa and come highly recommended from my sister! But my experience with Lisa was just exceptional! From what I don’t need to what I want the most she delivered!!!! Now it’s very seldom that you go thru the process of seeing houses to getting a house within a weeks time but the process was seamless! The constant communication to everything else was just outstanding!! As a first time home buyer I could not have asked for anyone better in this real estate business !! Thank you Lisa!!!

I would highly recommend Martina over any realtor in the Baltimore area. We came to her with very specific budget and location constraints and she helped us above and beyond to get just the right home at just the right price for us. While a lot of realtors have good knowledge of the area and are good at sales, Martina is also exceptional at having a heart - and putting all of her energy into every little detail. Despite significant obstacles, she never gave up and she was there no matter what time of day or night to respond to an issue that arose during the process. She helped us with every part of the buying process, far above her own requirements as a realtor. She has a very big heart and will work with you no matter what your requirements may be.

Martina was extremely helpful throughout the stressful process of finding and buying a home. She was always responsive to all of our questions when they arose. She negotiated for us with the other real estate agent for more than we could have asked. She always gave her honest opinion to help aid in our decision making process. She is an ambitious and hardworking agent that anyone would be lucky to have.

This was was a very good match from the start! She was everything what I was looking for as my realtor. She was responsive and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that she was my guide and pointed me to the right people to make my dream come true! Everything was smooth and we closed in 20 days!!! Hope to work with Lisa again in the near future:)
