Rahul Bhagat was awesome working with us in this crazy housing market. We had little time between selling our house, finding a new one and settling everything. I cannot tell you enough how phenomenal it is. Rahul Bhagat was throughout all of this! Especially with us living out of town he would go out of his way after hours to meet us at the house just if we wanted to walk through it. And when it came to negotiations oh my gosh he was wonderful. Despite being a seller's market he's able to negotiate an extended warranty on the house as well as lowering the price. The only thing to go wrong with Rahul Bhagat is you not picking him to help you with your next house!
