I would NOT recommend Phil Wilson! Phillip comes off extremely busy, he is not a timely or clear communicator, and he is NOT a man of his word! I asked him to request the sellers for a utility providers list, any appliance warranties, missing keys, a brief property history or any other helpful property documents, but Phil neither responded via text and email nor picked up my calls on whether the sellers would or wouldn't provide this info. On June 9, 2023, I reached out to Phillip Willson to tour me around a property. After the tour, I mentioned to him that I wanted to buy EVERYTHING in that farm/property, and I instantly made an offer. Phil said that the sellers were very attached to their dairy goats, and they were planning to move from the state with them – the goats on the farm were the same goats advertised in his watermarked pictures. However, Phil assured me not to worry because he would deliver six Kiko goats during closing. On July 7 and 10, 2023 we closed on the property and when I asked Phil where the goats were. He said that he had early morning land showings but promised to deliver them a month after I was all settled in. Farm sellers left the goat barn, I spent at least $10k on goat fencing, hardware, mats, feeding and water troughs. It's now four months after closing and there are no signs of goats being delivered by Phil. Early November 2023, I even paid a livestock transporter to pick the goats up, but Phil neither called him back nor provided an address/PIN location. Phil Wilson plays too many typical relator games! * Since writing this review, Phillip Wilson has not only threatened me, but he has become defensive and demanded I delete this honest review. I consider this harassing behavior and I will never recommend this business! Property sellers and buyers beware!

Phil was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Took time to show the land and explained about the surrounding area. Use gps tools to help track the borders of the property.

If you’re looking for property or a house, call Phil for all your needs. He will give you 100% of his time and knowledge. He helped me buy a property and then helped me sell one and couldn’t have been any smoother of a process. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him for all your needs.

Overall from start to finish Phil was extremely friendly and professional and also extremely knowledgeable both about the house and the local area. Whenever we called or had questions he either had an answer readily available or readily had the number for us to call of someone who would know said answer. And with the rest of the home buying process he was extremely knowledgeable even with the parts he wasnt in charge of, simply through his experience in doing everything so many times, so he was able to walk us through everything that was getting done so we were able to be kept in the loop the entire time as well.

Phil is such a knowledgeable agent to have when purchasing land. He knew the ins and outs and spent a great deal of time with us exploring our new land. He is super responsive and always available. Even demonstrated his first class duck call! Would definitely recommend!
