Phil is very knowledgeable and helpful Realtor. We worked together for over a year trying to find "the house." We looked at over 50 houses in that span and he never gave up and we wound up finding our house recently. His knowledge and expertise was also one of the main reasons we were able to buy this house when we wound up in a multiple offer situation. I would recommend Phil to anyone looking into anything real estate related!!!!
