Yes you cann with Penny McCann! She is a rock star, a pleasure to work with, and a true professional! My wife and I had been trying to buy a house in this crazy market for nearly a year with another agent. After almost giving up, we met Penny at an open house one day and immediately knew she was above the rest. Within about a month of working with her, an offer we made was finally accepted! After 39 years in my home, my decision to sell and move to a senior community seemed insurmountable. Penny guided and protected me through a very fragile time with honesty and integrity. Penny is a very pleasant person to work with ! I will be keeping in touch with her ! She made sure what ever she or I needed to do to sale my house at a good and reasonable price it was done! We stayed in communication with each other ! To my knowledge she put in ever effort to get my house sold at a timely manner!
