It's too bad we found our house so quickly because it was such a pleasure to do business with Patty, a longer search would have been a blast. She certainly knows the area, the history of every property, and most of the residents. She gave us a ton of her time and was more than a great resource, she was a wonderful friend. Couldn't have asked for more.

Patty is the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. She is everything you would hope for, hard working, honest, knowledgeable, and above all, competent. Her assistant Camille is also a great asset, and between the two, I don't think you can find anyone better. Patty made both the buying and selling process as smooth and low stress as possible. If there is a next time, I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

As first time homebuyers, our learning curve was very steep. Patty was knowledgeable, patient, and walked us through the whole process. Even when she was on vacation she responded to our texts and calls in a timely fashion. We are thrilled with our home and could not imagine going through this process without Patty.
