Patty was wonderful in helping our family find a new home. She was extremely knowledgeable and considerate throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she was patient. We were very specific in what we were looking for and Patty worked with us for many months and viewed many homes. She took feedback wisely and was an invaluable asset in both property identification as well as navigating the negotiation phase. By the end of our process we consider Patty a friend. Our 1st home purchase was through a major southern real estate company and it was not a very pleasant experience. We had a friend working for Coldwell-Bankers and, when it was time, the selling experience was amazing. So we decided to keep on using this company for our future real estate projects. With our current home, Patty got the project and she definitely went the extra mile to make sure our property was sold rapidly and at a fair price. Despite our misadventures with multiple contracts that fell through or got extended, she was on the top of each situation, making sure the appropriate paperwork is done on time and responding to our demands in a timely manner. We really appreciated all the hard work she invested in our case and highly recommend her to handle selling or buying projects, especially if they happen to be quite paperwork-intensive.
