PATTY CAPERON SOLD OUR HOUSE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. WAS THERE FOR US TO FIX ANY PROBLEM IN THE HOUSE. COULD COUNT ON HER FOR IMMEDIATE EMAIL RESPONSE AND WAS A GREAT AGENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE SELLING A HOME. HOPE THIS WILL SATISFY ZILLOWS REQUEST TO EVALUATE HER. SHE IS THE BEST. Barbara & Don Saunders

Patty is a pro at what she does. She is very understanding of your needs when it comes to buying or selling a property. She takes the time to listen to what your needs are and her goal is to find you the property of your dreams. We have worked with Patty a couple of times and would definitely refer to family and friends and would use her again. She has not only sold us a house and sold one for use but she has been very supportive in our efforts in renting our other house. I consider her a great friend.

Patty listened to what I told her I wanted in a home and she found it. Not only did she find it but we had her put an offer in on it before we even saw it. Patty is one for all your real estate needs. We love the our Lake Havasu home and we love Patty.

Was very impressed with response time , very pleasant and enjoyable to talk too. Very down to earth and pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend her just from the short time I have had contact with her . I liked her right off the bat. Seems very honest and up front .
