I decided to use Pat as a seller's agent after seeing her Zillow reviews and it turned out to be a good decision. She kept me updated at all times. From beginning to end, Pat was a pleasure to work with. Pat was my agent to help me sell my brother's house. He is a senior with cognitive problems who had fallen on hard times during COVID. The house was a wreck and Pat stood to gain very little from the sale, yet she treated us like it was a million-dollar listing. Her advice resulted in selling the house for more than I thought it would sell for. She was very compassionate and went out of her way to help arrange for my brother to move directly from his home into a senior community. She was honest, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the local housing market. If you are looking for an agent who is honest and genuinely cares about her clients, you cannot do any better.
