As a first time homeowner Kevin was very patient with me throughout the whole process. He took the time to get to know me personally to make sure he knew my wants and needs in a home. Kevin explained all the steps thoroughly and advised me on optimal decision making while also presenting all the alternatives with no pressure one way or another. Parm, his listing agent, was in contact with me about the process as well. Their best quality was that they had a constant open line of communication regarding any concerns I had. I cannot speak highly enough of their skill and teamwork! I will forever be grateful for Kevin’s hard work and long hours on assisting me purchase my first home. Thank you!

Julian from Parm Atwal Real Estate Team was so super helpful throughout the whole buying process. This was my first time buying a home, and Julian was very patient with me and helped answer all of my questions. He took a lot of the work off my shoulders and would contact the seller, lender, HOA, e.t.c on my behalf for me which was super helpful. He was on top of everything!
