Pam helped with the purchase of a condo and the sale of my parents home as we went through the process of downsizing. She made the entire experience seamless. Pam has helped us buy two houses now and sell one. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process, the area, and prices which she uses to let you know what would be in your best interest. She heavily advocates for you and keeps you informed during the whole process. She gives advice but doesn’t push you to make any decisions you’re uncomfortable with. She is also a master negotiator when going back and forth on a contract. I highly recommend her. Thank you Pam for being the best!

Pam was very thorough and helped us determine the correct price for the house. Her experience helped us by being able to negotiate different repair items. We were out of state clients and it was great that she was in SC to manage the daily activities. We really enjoyed working with her.
