Since Olivia was recommended to me I could tell that she was a very professional and talented person. She was always on top of her job by either texting me, calling me or sending documents for me to sign. It only took 3 days from the time that the house was placed on the market to when an offer was accepted and about 3 weeks to close and signed all documents. Olivia, you are an excellent representative of you clients and I am very impressive the way you assisted me to expedite the sell of my house. You are awesome, you were able to help me get $7,000.00 over the asking price. Great job. Thank you so much.

I really appreciated Olivia’s enthusiasm and “can do” attitude. She was very helpful in pointing out positive, little things we could do to improve our chances of selling the house quickly and at a good price. She was patient with me as I went thru all of the documents I had to sign and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. We sold the house for about $7,000 more than the asking price and within a week of listing it. She was the best realtor I have ever worked with.

If I could keep buying houses to just keep working with Olivia, I would. She is personable, responsive, determined, and always positive. She helped me find my home in a seller's market and made the whole experience such a pleasure. For buying or selling, she's the best.

Olivia always goes above and beyond for me. She is extremely honest and knowledgeable throughout the process of buy or selling. Olivia helped us sell 2 years ago and again was there for us when we recently moved back to the area and needed to buy. She is amazing!!!
