Nicole was an absolute rock star for our home sale. She helped us rent out our property when we felt it was best to do so. She kept us close to the real estate market and when the renters wanted to make a sale agreement she helped us write a lease / purchase agreement. Nicole was very gracious and accommodating to our needs and stayed with us through the entire process. I highly recommend Nicole for your real estate needs.

Nicole Sherman is an exceptional Realtor. My wife and I not only found our home in St. John's county with her, but also hired her to sell it recently. She pays attention to the smallest details and walked us through the buying and selling transactions step by step, starting with a spot on evaluation of our home's value. Next she helped us become familiar with the computer app that all buyers and agents use to request home showings, inspections and appraisal. All in all, Nicole always informed us of the progress of the sale transaction and promptly answered all of our questions. Though one may think it's a piece of cake selling a house in this market, think again, it's not. But Nicole helped us successfully navigate all the hurdles resulting in a timely and smooth close. We highly recommend Nicole who we affectionately refer to as the "Tiger Lady", as she always gets the deal done! Nicole was a true blessing for our family. We decided to purchase a house in Florida, sight unseen. Nicole spent countless hours sending us new listings, touring homes, writing offers, home inspections, finding a lender, etc. With the insane real estate market, Nicole was able to make sure we purchased the home of our dreams.
