We had an amazing experience working with Nicole and her partner, Joseph Briggs. They put an incredible amount of effort and time into understanding our needs, likes and dislikes at the beginning of the search, ensuring that we could narrow down our options quickly. I always felt that they were providing well-researched, knowledgable and honest advice, voicing their feedback and opinions in a friendly straightforward manner. We never felt pressured or pushed into considering something that wasn't right for our needs. They promptly responded to all emails, texts and phone calls. And, once we had a confirmed offer on a property, they managed to make the complicated process of closing and inspections as streamlined and easy as possible.... We very much enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area! They were the ultimate team!

Nicole helped my wife and I buy our first house in the Hudson Valley. She is truly a rock star and I don't know what we would have done without her. She is an excellent negotiator, she puts her client first, she is incredibly experienced, she knows the area very well, and on top of it all she's an incredibly nice person. She put in a lot of hours and was available whenever we needed her, even though we had a difficult seller and problems popped up at inopportune hours of the day. I don't know what we would have done without her. We initially found Nicole through a recommendation, and we are so, so happy she was recommended to us. There's a reason Nicole is one of the highest ranked real estate agents at her Company and in the area - she's the best! You cannot go wrong - do not hesitate to reach out to her!

I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole on more than one occasion, both to purchase a home and also to sell a home. Her depth of real estate knowledge as well as her familiarity with our area is impressive. She has a warm outgoing personality which makes her very easy to work with. She wishes for her clients to be happy, and works hard to find the right house for each and every person she works with.
