Nicolai and his team did an fantastic job finding a tenant for my property. Everyone was professional and swift with the process, answering all questions I had and providing seamless transition from vacant to occupied with quality tenants. His team was able to take what can be a stressful process, and make it worry-free by providing regular insights, information on applicants, and sensible recommendations for improvement - even finding contractors to help do the improvements! I was amazed by his team’s level of attention, care, and transparency; every penny felt very well-spent. I would highly recommend Nicolai to anyone needing real estate assistance.

Nicolai was great from the start. Allowed for an immediate showing and access to the property of interest. He has a well built team including his lead coordinator Shannon Weed. I cannot say enough good things about her. From the time we initially met her through today, her continued follow up shows their commitment to our satisfaction and professionalism. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.

When I 1st spoke with Nicolai over the phone, I already knew that he and his team would be a great fit. He has such a warm and outgoing personality. I felt like I knew him for years. He is very knowledgeable about the Orange County and beyond. He’s been surfing since he was a young kid. So he could tell you the best beaches to go surfing. Both Amelie and Shannon whom are apart of his team, have lived in the area most of their lives also and too are very knowledgeable about OC as well. Shannon has a young family and could tell you of family things to do in the area. Amelie loves riding horses and could recommend the best horse ranches. Beyond knowing some personal details of their lives, they were truly great to work with. They made our transition from Atlanta, GA to the OC very smooth finding us a home and helping us settle in. It’s been a little over a month as of today and they still check on us to see how we’re doing and if we need anything. We will definitely be staying with them if we sell and would HIGHLY recommend them too.

Nicolai is a true professional. His market knowledge for the Beach Cities from Long Beach to San Diego is unmatched. He knows the neighborhoods and the appropriate price points. But, most important he gets to know you and what your needs and wants are in a new home. You want Nicolai in your corner when you are negotiating your purchase price. He gets the job done. I highly recommend Nicolai.
