As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better person than Nick to guide us through the buying process and, ultimately, help us close on what we consider to be our perfect home. Nick took the time to educate us the housing market, costs associated with closing on and owning a home, local laws, and anything else that first time home buyers might not otherwise be aware of. Nick was extremely patient with our lack of direction, and he dedicated weekends and evenings to showing us numerous homes in several towns, with no pressure to make any commitment. Once we decided to make an offer on our house, Nick continued to provide a tremendous amount of support, ensuring that all details were covered for the closing and making the experience as easy as possible for us.
