Tanner did an above and beyond job of finding us the perfect home in this crazy Knoxville real estate market. We were planning on buying a home in 2023, but had to get moving quicker than we had initially planned. Tanner helped ease our mind by answering our questions quickly, and getting us in to view homes almost immediately after they were put on the market. His swift communication, excellent knowledge of the Knoxville market, and killer negotiation skills, were exactly what we needed to get the perfect home for us, in such a hot real estate market. I would recommend Tanner to anyone in the Knox County and surrounding areas.

Jake was a great asset to our home buying and selling venture. He was a great communicator and worked hard to schedule showings that worked with our timeline. He made himself available to us anytime we had questions or requests. With Jake we knew every detail would be taken care. He had our backs for both the sale and purchase of our homes. Tanner was the best. My wife and I purchased our first home in the downtown Knoxville area and Tanner helped us from start to finish. He did everything you want from a good realtor by keeping us informed, walking us step by step through the process, and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
