I had the most amazing experience working with Nereyda. As a dual agent in my process, it could’ve been insane, but she was always there when we needed her throughout the process to guide and advise us as necessary. I had the most seamless service as a first time home buyer to where many of my friends and family were shocked at how quick it all went and I owe it all to Nereyda. Highly recommended!

Very nice experience! I was looking to purchase a home with another agent, but I'm Glad I called Nereyda Martinez asking information about Spruce Street, this property I found in Zillow and it was listed with other agency. She made the appointment right away and showed me the house the same day, next day we met at her office and she prepared the purchased contract, one day after offer was accepted. First agent I was working with before told me the property was under contract and couldn't show me the house, I almost lost this home, I'm glad Nereyda was able to negotiate with other side and finally we closed on the house, I keep in contact with her and I highly recommend her as a Real Estate Professional! I give her 10 stars for the great service.
