My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties over the years but this one was a new experience. Selling the townhouse my mother has lived in for 30 years. We had no desire to fix it up. Knowing the buyer would likely gut it. Nena came highly recommended and we explained our situation. From the moment I called her she was on the ball. Within 5 minutes of talking to her she was messaging me with information and questions. Everything Nena did was perfect, price point, listings, showings, negotiation, choice of title company, dealing with the unexpected and a frustrating HOA. We literally had a full cash offer within days of listing. Absolutely could not be happier with Nena's professionalism and constant attention from beginning to end.

Nena Pike was a Godsend to us from the minute we first met, through the sale of our home, and after. I had always thought that having a Realtor was for the high end sales. But right from the start, she saw that our home was difficult to show and stage, but never flinched once. She helped us around every obstacle with optimism and workable ideas. Her strategy of using a professional Photographer made Marketing on every Media source known to man, highlight our little home to the max. She took all bids in writing, no matter how low, which in the end helped us get our asking price on the very first person who viewed our home in person. Her professionalism was only topped by her sincere Compassion and Passion to making us feel viable in a very competitive world of Real Estate. Her dedication to her clients is extraordinary. She never allows at any stage of the process, to happen without her being Present. Not being handed off to assistants or left on your own is Priceless to her clients. She not only cares, but she works night and day to serve her clients best interest on all stages of the process, even after the sale is complete. I’ve worked with Nena Pike for several years buying and selling homes. Nena knows the real estate market and is always available by phone. Nena goes the extra 10 miles. She is always there for us , never says no and is very knowledgeable about her Kraft one word that describes her….AMAZING!!! . When we go look at homes to purchase she always has the comps ready for us when we get at the house. When we go see the house to purchase She knows by looking at the house and what it needs to put in to the renovation and then she tells us what we can get for the house. We have done many homes with her and she has always been correct. We are currently looking for a house to purchase with her. We currently have a offer on a house as I type this . The house is in palm city. No Matter the house or location she will be there for us . She is Johnny on the spot .
