The KW Lawrence group was an excellent team to work with during our house selling and buying process. This is quite a stressful process and they were very responsive to our needs with professionalism, efficiency and compassion. We worked most with Nikki Jones and Jamie Penlay, and we highly recommend them both! They were always available when we needed them for anything from a simple question to a difficult decision. Nikki made the buying of our newly built home much less stressful as deadlines weren’t met on several occasions…. She and Jamie both made this process easier to bear by communicating with us promptly and with our builder as well. So, I'm extremely late with this review but here I am finally. For a first-time homebuyer, this was an extremely nervous process for me. I was honest with Tabatha about my expectations and she exceeded them throughout this home buying process. She made it very easy to communicate with and was welcoming with any questions I had.
