Nate did a great job in helping us sell my parents farm, from suggestions on how to prepare for the sale, to presenting to property on MLS to representing us through the sale process. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, and he was always available when I had a question about the process. I highly recommend his services.

We worked with Nate to sell our home of 20 years and navigate the purchase of our new house. Growing up around the home building industry in the area, we benefited greatly from his deep knowledge with everything from getting the most from our sale to help with trade professionals. We sold within days of listing and found a great new place we’re very happy with. Nate went well out of his way on a number of occasions to make our process as easy as possible during a very difficult year for the market. He was always quickly available to jump on a new listing or answer a quick question. He is a great communicator with rapid replies and updates as issues came up. Even with all the obvious expertise and experience, Nate has a strong sense of fairness and finds a way to get to win-win-win. I always felt that he was working hard on our behalf and counseled us in such a way that everyone felt good about the results.

I highly recommend Nate for all of your real estate needs! Nate helped my family find the perfect home this year. As our home was built over a 5-month period, he regularly sent us pictures of the construction progress because we couldn't travel in from out of town. He kept us completely informed every step of the way and even coordinated several changes we wanted with the builder. He was there for all of the inspections and provided great recommendations. Throughout the process, Nate was pleasant to work with, very professional, and an outstanding communicator. Nate was highly recommended to me by a family member, and I've recommended him to other family members also. Again, I highly recommend Nate!
