Her knowledge and customer service are both second to none. After dragging her between the markets of Clermont and Leesburg I chose the latter. She expertly negotiated with the seller to achieve the price I wanted and minimize my closing costs. All of course while going through a major hurricane and ensuring that repairs were made and my closing date was made without a hiccup. Outstanding agent and HIGHLY recommended!

Nancy was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. She also gave us information on ulitilies and vendors to help with lawn care, gutters and painting. She was also very much an advocate for us with the sellers. We would totally recommend her to anyone.

Nancy was the best agent helping us find our dream home. She connected us with Lenders,Inspectors, and Insurance companies in the state of Florida. She never rushed us when we were measuring the homes to make sure our furniture would fit. She arranged for us to take a tour of the schools our children will be attending. We will be forever gratefully for the attention to details for us.

Nancy was a very patient agent for us. Our home search took nearly 2 years and she waited for us to find the right home. She was great to work with from start to finish. Whenever we found a home we liked in our portal, she would visit the property for us, take pictures and break down each challenge with the property. Since we lived in another state at this time it was comforting knowing she could help us. Her responses were always on time and to the point. She also recommend a Realtor to sell our home. I would recommend her to everyone if you want a Realtor who will listen to your needs and not try to force you to buy before you are ready.
