We have used Morgan 3 different times buying and selling homes. Morgan makes the buying/ selling process so simple. She is knowledgable of the market and will answer your MANY questions with a smile. Robin and Morgan are the most knowledgeable realtors I know! They are willing to put in long hours to find the right house!!! In one weekend we looked at 12 homes. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough.

I have now worked with Morgan Fann twice in the past 3 years!! When I was stressing out she helped calm me down and talk me off the edge ha. If she saw something she didn’t think I would like she would give me her opinion which I really liked. She was very responsive when I had questions even on the weekends. As far as negotiation I wouldn’t say she made negotiation decisions for me but she did put in whatever offer I wanted even if she felt it was too low. Will use her again!!
