The Besecker & Maynard group was a true pleasure to work with! We worked with Eric for selling our home and he was a true professional from the start and has a passion for real estate and helping people. He is a joy to work with, keeps things lighthearted, and crafts a winning game plan from the start. After crafting a plan Eric put it to work to sell our house quickly. They created wonderful marketing materials, priced our home properly, and gave great guidance. Our open house was super busy with lots of interest due to all of the teams marketing efforts and in turn we received almost 10 offers after the open house the first weekend and were officially under contract within 48 hours of hitting the market above ask. In addition to the selling side we were fortunate to work with Melissa on the buying side. She strived to understand our wants and needs for a home and then went to work. We viewed a few homes and found one we really loved. From there, Melissa was able to negotiate a winning offer on our dream home that had more than 1 offer. After the accepted offer Melissa guided us like a pro through the inspections, and fine details of closing on a home all within about 30 days. In addition to the real estate side we also worked with Lori who helped guide us to closing on each property. She is very diligent, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with. Last, but certainly not least, of all the amazing things to say about this team is that from the time we met them to the time we moved into our house and sold our other house was all within about 8 weeks. This hectic and quick timeline never phased the team and they were amazing from the first conversation to closing day and still check in to ensure we have what we need. Will always use the Besecker & Maynard Group for any real estate needs and will recommend them to anyone in the market!

I interviewed several agents before deciding to list my home with Elizabeth and it was absolutely the best decision I could have made. She was hands on every step of the way, communicated continually with me, solved quickly several concerns that came up, even provided boxes when I ran low. The house sold quickly which again reflects her years of real estate experience. I highly recommend Elizabeth for any real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Mrs. Besecker and her team were wonderful to work with as both a seller and a buyer. Our home was listed and sold with in a matter of days. We had excellent guidance on what we should do to make the home sell quickly and it worked. Her team was exemplary at guiding us through the legal documentation and closing as well. Our buyer agent, Kristen Wenger, was so wonderful. She really listened to what we were looking for and spent countless hours helping us find the right location and home. It was a great experience all around.
