Kate and Chris are a top-notch team. I highly recommend them. Here's our experience. We hired them to do the impossible - sell an old rental unit, with a tenant still living there, while we generally remained out of state, and for market rate. They found ways around a large number of difficult issues, brought in just the right people for necessary repairs, properly priced the house, and were able to predict exactly how the market would respond over time. In the end we sold for our asking price. Throughout the process, Kate and Chris went above and beyond - even loaning us tools we needed for some last-minute cleaning when we made our one trip up there to finalize the listing. Honestly, I don't think anyone could have done a better job.
