In selling our house in June 2023, we wanted a realtor that we could relate with and have maximum trust in their abilities and communication skills. We more than found these skills with Mike and Marci Pigg. They communicated with us as needed and more as the situation dictated. Also, they both guided us in the preparation of our house to be put on the market. Mike was super helpful in doing some needed repair improvements and guidance in our moving process. Marci was always available and kept us up to date on paperwork. With their assistance they helped alleviate much of the stress of selling a house and the moving process. Mike and Marci Pigg went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Super attentive and keeping us informed on every step of the process. Marci and Mike make a great team. they have lifelong knowledge of the area and go the extra mile for their clients. We met them while they were helping move stuff for another client (not in the job description) and they helped us sort out some paperwork with the county on a rental house that was not even part of the deal. They did everything we asked of them and we sold our house for well over the appraised price. What more can you ask?

Marci was responsive, helpful, and professional. She made what would have been a rather daunting process clear and simple. She worked with the seller to make repairs and upgrades. She obtained a seller's credit to cover the cost of refinishing hardwood floors, which are gorgeous! If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend, Marci.

My sister and I recently sold our childhood home. Neither of us live in the area and were not familiar with the local real estate market. We were so fortunate to find Mike and Marci as real estate agents. They are knowledgable about the community as residents themselves and are professional and caring. They were sensitive to the bittersweet nature of the sale - our mother had passed away and we were selling a home that was in the family for two generations. They went above and beyond to take care of any issues that occurred with the property over the sale period, a blessing because we were so far away. They connected us with local professionals who could take care of problems, inspections, etc. Mike even provided some maintenance personally. We were always kept in the loop about any problems or issues. Marci walked us through the quantities of forms and paperwork involved in selling a home and made many trips to the house to ensure it was secured after showings. We appreciate the extra mile that Marci and Mike provided and highly recommend them as agents. I would definitely give them more than 5 stars.
