I recently moved to Naperville from Chicago with my wife and baby. Mike Long helped us navigate the buying process (first time homebuyers) and helped us secure our first home. We are extremely happy with the service Mike provided and we would recommend Mike as a realtor for many reasons. He is extremely knowledgeable on the area and the buying process. He will spent countless hours working with you to find the perfect fit. He will also act as your counselor (no joke) when you just need a friend to vent to. My wife and I closed on our house in October 2023….but what a journey it was! We have been looking for houses in Naperville for few months unsuccessfully. On a spring afternoon of the same year, at an open house, we met Mike. We discussed about market conditions, what we were looking for and he made some suggestions on to approach our home searches. At that time we were working with a real estate agent. Few months later, still facing tough market conditions, we decided to reach out to Mike as he seemed very knowledgeable about Naperville. We put up a game plan given the competitiveness of the real estate market. Although the plan required us to make some adjustments and being patience, it paid off at the end. Mike has been on our sides throughout the process, sharing his knowledge, his network, always responsive, and more importantly to us, he was very patient and not trying to interfere in our decisions.

Mike Long is amazing! A top-level professional whose primary focus is his client. Mike’s knowledge of the neighborhood, market trends, not to mention his first-class marketing materials was impressive, leading to a quick sale. He communicated with me throughout the process, keeping me updated on scheduled showings and offers. After receiving multiple offers, Mike carefully explained the pros and cons of each and in the end was able to negotiate an outstanding sale. Mike made the entire process of selling my sister’s condo as smooth as possible from my first call to the closing and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of selling or buying a home.
