Michelle and Theo are absolute rockstars as our realtors! We spent a good 7-8 months navigating the world of house hunting with them, and they were amazing companions in that journey. Theo, with his European honesty, didn't shy away from pointing out potential house issues during some of our viewings. He is very knowledgeable in his field, especially when it comes to the materials houses were built with, furnaces, any problems house might have in the future. They genuinely care. Despite having little kids at home, they went the extra mile to arrange babysitters so they could show us homes. Michelle, with her gentle demeanor, always sends us a list of homes we might like and always proactive with documents we needed to sign. Their support didn't end with the home search. After we signed the contract, they provided valuable advice on the next steps, making sure we were prepared for everything - the legal and mortgage process steps. We formed a connection, and we are definitely keeping in touch. Looking forward to having Michelle and Theo over for our housewarming celebration! ???????

Theo has helped me with two home purchases, a condo in 2020 and a home in 2022. Theo is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help his customers get the place they want! With our current home, we weren’t even going to tour it but he convinced us and now it’s where we live and we love it :)

Theo is extremely knowledgeable with all housing aspects. He ensures complete satisfaction with each step in the ‘home seeking’ process, from start to finish. He is attentive to customer needs, and offers expert advice along the journey! Theo sold my home over a weekend and achieved higher than listed amount. He also managed the purchase of my new home, with success!

Had the opportunity to work with Theo on multiple properties he’s always on time very punctual walk me through several properties I’m an investor so that helps to find what I’m looking for and he’s very attentive to all my needs for what I’m looking for. Theo is great to work with. He is very knowledgable when it comes to knowing the property and makes great recommendations. He has helped me buy a lot of rental properties and always keeps me updated when new listings are available. Him and Michelle make a great team and are always available when you need them.
