Michelle did a great job throughout the entire process. She helped in the pre-list phase to advise us on what we needed to do to properly prep the home for the best possible showing and consequently the list pricing. I know it's a hot market but we literally went live with the listing on Friday and had it under contract that Sunday night. I attribute a lot of that to her help in advising us on the prep work and understanding the current market situation and pricing it accordingly. She kept us abreast of all activities throughout the contract phase and coordinated often with the Buyer's agent to ensure things were kept on track to close. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction one might be considering.

Michelle has extensive local knowledge, VA loan process is difficult and Michelle did a good job. She responded to our inquiries in good time and did a great job in negotiating with the seller on our behalf. Michelle answered our questions in a timely manner.

Got the house we wanted! Michelle was on top of everything, took longer than expected because of the Corona virus but Michelle kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way!
