You get two for the price of one with the real estate team of Michelle and Mike Brittingham of Elite Real Estate! Michelle and Mike have completely renewed my faith in real estate agents! From the time my property was listed, to the amazing professional virtual online tour that took Michelle countless hours to prepare, to the closing of escrow, Michelle and Mike were both prompt, polite, genuine, knowledgeable, caring and extremely professional! I have bought and sold several properties in the past, this transaction was by far, the most professional and enjoyable experience of any of my property deals due to the expertise of Michelle and Mike. I honestly never thought I would categorize a real estate transaction as enjoyable, I'm in shock! The majority of my real estate transactions were comparable to going out and buying a car...Ugh! My family recommends Michelle; not just to the readers of this review but to my extended family, friends, and even co-workers. Here is why: over the course of 14 months Michelle showed us over 160 different houses (we physically walked in them). The reason we saw so many was because I am extremely detailed, we were outbid with cash offers, and we tried several types of loans (FHA and 203k – she even took some extra classes about 203k’s) – it had nothing to do with Michelle not knowing what we wanted and everything to do with me needing to ‘feel’ the house.<br/><br/>Michelle is not just a great realtor, but a great person. She remained positive and realistic during the entire time, gave sound advice, and even kept in contact with us while she was on vacation. We like Michelle and her family so much that we not only invited them to our house warming party, but also to our first child’s baby shower.<br/><br/>We strongly recommend her!

Michelle Brittingham was our buyer's agent when we purchased our current home. She showed us many properties, explained in detail the advantages and shortcomings of each of them, never put any pressure on us in order to speed up our decision, was always available for more showings on a very short notice. It is because of her finest professionalism we are now enjoying the best house we ever had. We highly recommend Michelle Brittingham as a real estate expert.

Michelle was a blessing to my husband and me when we were searching for a home in fall/winter 2012 when inventory was extremely low. Michelle patiently hung in with us as we viewed several homes all over the Yucaipa/ Beaumont/Cherry Valley area and went as far out as places like Riverside, Corona, and Fontana with us to ensure we found just what we wanted. Her knowledge of the Yucaipa/Beaumont area was really impressive to us and extremely helpful. Michelle has a great working relationship with all the realtors in the area and it's obvious she is well known and a respected. She was always open and honest and we completely put our trust in her through every step of the process. We truly felt Michelle always had the best interest for us and made sure we were taken care of at all times. We highly recommend Michelle Brittingham to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
