Michelle helped us sell and buy a home and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and easy to work with person. As a Central Coast Native she has extensive knowledge about both the local housing market and communities. She explained each step so that there were never any surprises, if we had questions she was just a text or call away and she always made us feel comfortable, like we were working with a friend. It took us over a year to find our forever home and during that time Michelle was willing to meet us after work, on Sunday afternoon, whenever we were available to show us a potential house. She came to each showing prepared, with enough knowledge of the property and market we could make a competitive offer right away. This process can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life, but working with Michelle and knowing that she had our best interest in mind was so helpful and reassuring. We are so happy to finally be in our new home. Thank you Michelle

Michele helped me sell my home quickly so I could close on another home. Even though I needed a quick close she got me above asking on the sale. She hired a professional photographer who did an incredible job and walked me through everything. She even gave me advice on my offers on my new place out-of-state and she was so supportive when I was overwhelmed. I would highly recommend her. She was professional, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I had her on my out-of-state purchase, life would have been so much better if she had been there!!

We met Michele at an open house and knew she'd be a great guide. She helped us purchase a home in the Santa Cruz area while living a few hours away. Her local knowledge was really useful as we decided where we wanted to land, and she guided us through a quick closing. She made the process more fun than it otherwise would be—for which we're grateful!

I have bought/sold many house over the years. I have never had an agent as caring and professional as Michelle. She was right there with every detail and always asking me if the showing times etc. would be ok with me. She attended to every detail including helping me one day when I was just feeling stressed out with packing!
