Michael helped us from the very beginning when we were looking for a new home on Kent Island. He asked good questions to determine what we were looking for and he did not waste our time taking us to homes that we would not consider. We got lucky and found the perfect house at the second home we visited. Michael helped us with our initial offer and then took it from there. His local knowledge came in handy when we were dealing with the lender and some insurance requirements. His knowledge and referral saved us a bunch of money. I strongly recommend working with Rosendale realty if you are looking for something on Kent Island or in the Centerville area.

Mike was the agent who handled our purchase. I moved to Oregon in august and selected Mike to sell our home. The process was made more difficult because of the 3000 miles between here and Maryland. There were a number of problems with the house which had to be remedied. Mike took care of everything including some foundation work. Mike's local knowledge resulted in a qualified professional to do the work. There were a number of other issues which Mike took care of. Very professional. I recommend Mike to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate.

Michael Rosendale has expertly negotiated commercial contracts, rental agreements and sold land for me on the Eastern Shore. He is reliable and has a keen knowledge of the area and real estate rates. I wouldn’t consider anybody else for my real estate needs!
