Melvina is the best real estate agent we've ever had; she sold our investment home in a snap by pulling out all stops to get the best price for us, so we of course decided to use her to sell our commercial property. This lady is persistent, never wavered from our price point nor, did she make us feel bad for it after her bringing us several offers that we weren't interested in. She kept our best interest in mind first and foremost however long it would take, and she did it! She got us the fair price she had been fighting for and represented us in the most professional manner. We very highly recommend her for both selling residential and commercial properties.
