Melodie was absolutely phenomenal to work with; as a first-time homebuyer I was unfamiliar with the process, but she was patient, informative, and so knowledgeable! She kept my desired locations, budget, and lifestyle in mind, and I couldn’t have found my dream house without her support. I’d recommend her to anyone!!

Working with Melodie was amazing! Not only did she help me buy but she also helped me sell my condo. She was responsive, helpful, and clearly had an understanding of my goals and intentions regarding the selling and purchasing of my place. I told her what I wanted and the first place I saw is what I purchased. This is clearly due to here ability to listen and put my thoughts, likes, and dreams into reality.

Melodie is very responsive and works really hard to make sure every detail is attended to. Listing a home with her is easy and using an app to schedule showings and communicate makes the process even easier. She is knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she has a lot of resources to help you find the answers that you need! Would work with Melodie again and again!

She was absolutely the Best! From the second I called her to the closing of our dream home she was amazing and went above and beyond to get us the best deal and did it under difficult time constraints. She was very knowledgeable when putting in our offer to get it accepted overcoming several obstacles in a short time frame. She worked so hard to go between the sellers agent to get us in the house earlier than expected due to a rent back situation. I will refer her to everyone I know!
