When we first met with Melissa, we were pleasantly surprised by her appraisal of her home. It certainly exceeded what we thought we could get. It was clear, that she had done her homework, understood the local market, and knew how to maximize the value of our home. We were certainly ecstatic when we did actually sell our home for very close to what she had originally proposed. Home buying is stressful and Melissa made this such a wonderful experience for us! We were moving from out of town and unfamiliar with the area so her expertise was invaluable to us and she helped us navigate the entire process. She took the time to help negotiate some things but even more so, her communication style was top notch. I've worked with other realtors before and so communication should be held at a high standard to help with the process. She always made time for our questions and even showed us homes on EASTER SUNDAY which actually lead to closing on a house. Highly recommend her!

I was so fortunate to come across Melissa Tippett. From day one she went above and beyond for me. From meeting me on short notice to look at homes and at various times of the day to accommodate my schedule. She remained in communication with me throughout the entire process. Melissa was extremely attentive, responsive, and has extensive knowledge in the real estate market. After closing on my home, I was sad to see our frequent communication come to an end. She will leave you as a friend.
