After extensive research, we chose Melissa Honea and Dream Home Properties from a short list of highly recommended firms to represent us when we sold our home. Melissa stood out as the very best in our area – best prepared, most committed, and best able to clearly communicate a comprehensive plan to sell our home. Melissa’s expertise enabled us to differentiate our home within a very saturated market. She interviewed and selected a fantastic designer to stage the home and make it more appealing to a larger group of buyers. She painstakingly prepared the listing to showcase our home online and make certain it appealed to high end clients. She tirelessly scheduled and staffed realtor and public open houses to make sure our home had the exposure it needed. Melissa’s knowledge of the local area, as well as her work ethic and connections within the industry proved invaluable to us. In the end, we sold our home much more quickly than we had hoped and at the right price. Working with Melissa to sell our home was the best decision we could have made!

From the time of signing the contract to the time of signing closing papers, Ms. Honea was right beside me. She knows what she is doing! Couldn't have asked for better! Hard worker and TRULY cares about her clients. I COULDN'T HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT HER. The score of 5 stars is not good enough. She deserves a 10! Gloria Rooney

My family and I moved from Cleveland MS not knowing who to talk to about buying a home. After searching online I was contacted by Mrs. Melissa snd the test is history. We lived 2 hours away so finding a home quickly was a must. Mrs. Melissa worked a miracle and made it happen. Within 2 weeks we found a house and closed six weeks later we closed on our 1st new home. We could not have had a better realator. Any questions we had she answered, at anytime of the day. Melissa is the best. Thank you for all you did.

Melissa was wonderful! Me being a 1st time home buyer she made the entire process a breeze! She kept me inside my budget and never made me fill pressured towards any discussions! She also made me fill that I was a priority, communicating with me every step of the way! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
