We remember when we first met Melissa Haddad, we were in a hotel for a little over a month after losing our house in Storm Sandy. We saw a house for rent and my husband called her at 9:30 pm and she ANSWERED! We were so desperate to get into a home before Thanksgiving and she made it happen. We were there for ten years. Then this year we were not even thinking of buying a home yet, we went to an open house, and I fell in love with it. We immediately called Melissa as we trusted her judgement and didn’t even have an approved mortgage or anything. She gave us her mortgage broker and we were preapproved in 15 minutes. Melissa got the ball rolling quick. She got the information from the listing agent that was pivotal to negotiations to get the price to what we wanted and guided us every step of the way and we closed in 24 days! All in all, after we moved in, Melissa is amazing and still shares excitement in our before and after pictures/videos and is more like a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. She also helped my daughter and son-in-law find their house as well. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Melissa and will always recommend her to everyone we know!

Melissa has been a blessing to us. My husband and I were very disappointed to find that what we thought was our forever home, did not meet our needs as our disabilities progressed. We needed a spacious ranch. Climbing stairs, and step-up showers would not work any longer. My husband needed more space for his hobbies and we love to entertain. Then came covid. We had so many specifications we were sure we would never find the home we so needed. But, Melissa never wavered. Melissa constantly reassured us our home is out there and she would find it. And did she ever. Not only did she find the home of our dreams, but she also helped us make it uniquely ours. It sure is comforting to know you have someone in your corner looking out for you. We hope to never leave our new home, but if we do, we know who to call.

We tried another realtor first and Melissa blew that person out of the water. She is amazing. She is personable, professional, very knowledgeable, always available, answers any questions you may have and is 1000% on your side. She jumps on any task immediately and gets things done and set in motion. I can not recommend her enough we love her!

Melissa was amazing from start to finish. Even after we sold our home, she would follow up to see how were doing. She made the entire experience effortless and comfortable making us feel as part of her family. Her human approach to real estate made it easier to navigate through complicated decisions leading to positive results. Sadly, they do not have enough stars here.
