They held multiple showings/open houses and communicated with us after each one. When it came to accepting an offer, they negotiated effectively with the buyers agent. I was particularly impressed with the team's ability to deal with multiple sellers. They navigated the complex dynamics and ensured that everyone was on the same page. In the end, the team was able to sell my home for over asking price in just a few weeks. Melinda was recommended to us and we could not have picked a better team to sell our house. Melinda and her team did such a wonderful job helping us sell our condo. They were always in contact regarding possible issues, questions, and (of course) offers to our place. Their team even put us in contact with another realtor where we moved to help us purchase a home in a new city. I can't recommend them enough.

Melinda, Angie and their team is so fun to work with and so efficient! They are thoughtful and caring and get the job done. The Elmer Team helped me buy a sweet condo in Long Beach in 2017 via 1031 exchange. Then then helped me sell it for 200k more in 2022 working on another 1031 exchange for my dream duplex that I currently rent long-term and short-term successfully but look forward to moving into as soon as possible! I stay in touch with Melinda and Angie because they are so helpful any time I need anything. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will definitely work with them in the future!

The Elmer Team is SO great all-around! They helped us with purchasing our first home, selling it for a lot more just a couple of years later, and finding our replacement upgrade home. The team is professional, with tons of experience and a huge network, which is so necessary in the current crazy market. They went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend if you want to be successful in your home buying and selling endeavors!
