She is so professional, knowledgeable and sweet. Melanie treats you like part of her family and wants nothing but the best for you. We are military married to military couple and we didn't have a lot of time. When we first got here we were very picky, we looked at at least 22 houses and I thought she would get tired of us but she was so patient with us and gave us great advice when we needed it. Even before we got here from Hawaii she was researching and sending up information that she had found. She was extremely prepared. She helped us negotiate items in a new build and we got what we wanted. Now she is selling that same house for us and we know she will take care of us.
