Meghan is quite simply the best realtor I have ever met. She is an expert in understanding the region, the process, and communicating not only with us but with other realtors. She is also, more importantly, an outstanding human. People want to be around her, and they gravitate to her. All of these things make her an outstanding professional who is at the top of her trade. We were extremely lucky to work with her and she holds my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor. You need her on your team, period.

Working with Meghan was simply outstanding. Her knowledge of the 30A area was incredible. She knew so many nuances about various developments, condo, neighborhoods, etc. that really helped us refine our search. As we moved into a contract and toward closing, Meghan went above and beyond to help us coordinate a variety of services (inspections, etc.) as we were primarily working remotely. And, her attention to detail and care for us has not stopped, even post closing. Helping us identify a (wonderful) property manger, keeping us informed of market conditions/changes, etc. Just can't say enough good things about Meghan. A true professional that listens, cares and has a great eye for the right fit. We're HUGE fans!!

When we started the process of looking for a 2nd house on 30A, we asked our realtor for a recommendation and she came back with Meghan, it was the perfect choice! Meghan is so fun to work with! She is upbeat, friendly, and very knowledgable about the 30A area. Our conversations always included a good laugh. She helped us find the perfect house on a cute street we didn't even know about. We are out of state buyers and Meghan made the process seamless from afar by knowing the answer even before we knew the question. We loved working with her. We got a new beach house and made a new friend!

Meghan was extremely easy to work with. She is very matter-of-fact and tells it like it is from a true local. She gave us the option to look at homes by ourselves but also made herself available whenever we needed her! She was also VERY patient and present for the closing process which got a little screwy. I would highly recommend Meghan as a realtor in Santa Rosa Beach. Plus, she has a great sense of humor and does everything with a smile!!!

Meghan, is absolutely the "Very Best" Realtor and "Negotiator" you can use in this area, she has her pulse on the market!!! Her professionalism and personality is over the top!!! She will help you and communicate all along the way, there will be very little you need to worry about. This is our second property we sold with Meghan and once again she made the process such a stress-less selling experience! If you are looking to sell or buy look no further, you will be very pleased.
